摘要
企业文化不仅是企业的管理模式,而且是企业核心竞争力的重要组成部分。建设企业文化要处理好三个关系:企业文化建设与企业管理的关系;形式与内容的关系;一贯性和与时俱进的关系。重在建设有导向力、凝聚力、激励力、创新力的企业文化。
Enterprise culture is not only management mode of an enterprise, but also an important part of enterprise core competition force. To construct enterprise culture, three relationship should be well treated: between enterprise culture construction and enterprise management, form and contents; consistent and progressing with time. It is emphasized to construct enterprise culture with directive, cohesive, stimulating and creative forces.
