摘要
目前,我国已经逐渐进入贸易摩擦多发期,如何应对国外反倾销调查,保护在国外市场份额,已经成为我国企业面临的新课题。文章主要就我国企业面对国外反倾销的应诉措施进行了实务研究。
At present, trade friction has progressively increased in China, how to research the antidumping to protect the market share in foreign countries, it has turn into a new problem. The article mainly researches the problem.
