摘要
针对研究生教育的产生、发展历史及现状,并结合我国研究生教育中存在的问题对研究生教育改革进行初步分析,提出以科学发展观为指导进行改革。其对策有:树立以人为本,加强素质教育,实行全方位培养;要与国际接轨,向跨学科方向发展;加强研究生导师队伍建设。
The origin, development, status quo as well as the existing problems of postgraduates education are analyzed, and countermeasures for reform from the angle of the Scientific View of Development are proposed： strengthening quality education based on human - oriented concept, developing in the direction of cross - subject, and improving the construction of supervisors team.
