摘要
高校后勤社会化改革后由于高校后勤产业资金来源正日趋多元化,后勤服务的市场化,管理的多重性,给后勤企业的档案管理工作在管理理念、管理机制、管理体制及档案信息资源的开发利用等问题上带来新的思考。
After rear service socialization reform in colleges and universities, capital sources of rear-service industry has become pluralistic. The marketization of rear service and the pluralization of rear-service management bring to Rear-service Department＇s file management new thoughts in management concept, management system and in exploring and applying file information resources.
