摘要
分析了我国制造业利用外商直接投资存在的问题,从打破技术壁垒、投资领域多元化、实行有效监督等方面提出了对策。
This paper analyzes on the problems existing in the utilization of FDI in Chinese manufacturing industry, and advances some countermeasures from the aspects of breaking the technical barriers, realizing the plurality of the investment fields, and implementing the effective supervision, etc.
