摘要
在经济全球化的今天,越来越多的初具国际竞争能力的中国企业,通过跨国并购积极参与国际竞争、国际分工与合作,不断拓展自身的生存与发展空间。中国企业走国际化发展的道路,必须认清跨国并购的动因、特点和发展趋势。
With today＇s economic globalization, more and more Chinese companies with basic international competitiveness participate in international competition, division of labor and cooperation, and expand their room for survival and development through cross-border mergers and acquisitions. While going global, they have to understand the motives, features and trends of cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
