摘要
利用声发射监测APMOC/环氧复合材料压力容器水压试验的全过程,建立了声发射参量与材料损伤程度之间的关系,利用这一关系和推导出来的方程式可以评定试验容器的爆破压力,为制订试验规范提供了可靠依据。
The entire process of the water pressurized test for pressure vessels made by Apmoc/ Epoxy composite was monitored by use of the AE technique to establish a relationship between AE parameters and the degree of the material damage which will be used as a basis to assess the bursting point for the tested pressure vessels. The damage assessment of Apmoc/Epoxy pressure vessels can be determined by a derived function for predicting the bursting pressure of the vessels being tested.
