摘要
本文基于当前中小型电视台节目的主要存储介质仍然是磁带这一实际情况,面向生产播出一体化的行业主流技术发展趋势,设计并开发了与节目生产系统和播出系统紧密联系的磁带库管理系统,其中详细阐述了磁带库管理的业务流程与功能模块,简要介绍了其中的关键技术,最后介绍了系统的实现和应用。
This article based on the middle and small TV station main storage medium still was the magnetic tape . Currently, Face to program broadcast and product mainstream technological development tendency. We designed and developed the tapes management system which connected to the program product and broadcast system . Elaborated the tapes management service flow and the function modules. Introduced essential technology . At last ,introduced the system realization and the application.
