摘要
依据我国现行粉尘最高容许浓度,采用回归法、总粉尘与呼吸粉尘比例系数法研究了作业场所呼吸粉尘管理浓度.结果显示,游离SiO_2≤10%的水泥与煤尘管理浓度分别为2mg/m_3、3.5mg/m_3,与国家颁布的MAC一致:石灰石、混合生料粉尘分别为 3.5mg/m_3与3.1mg/m(?)(?)(?)粘土与熟料粉尘为4mg/m_3.
The administrative concentration was studied according to the at present standard country,i. e. ,the Maximum Allowable Concentration (MAC) of total dust. And adopted dusttwo-stage samplers impactors sampling to measure Total Dust Concentration (TDC) and Respirable Dust Concentration (RDC) in the air of cement workplace, which is conform which the demand of British Medicine Research Committee (BMRC) curve separate standard.the administrative concentration in the air of workplaces was studied with the methods of TDC and RDC specific values,linear and curve regression. The results showed that administrative concentration of coal and cement respirable dust of free silica≤10% (coal is 3. 5 mg/ m3,cement is 2. 0 mg/m3) agree with a recommended values of respirable dust of MAC and the lime stone and mixed raw materiats dust was 3. 5 and 3. 1 mg/m3 respectively, the clay and high temperature calcine materials (calcins chamotte or calcine slaked materils) dust was 4. 0 mg/m3.
