摘要
汉代太学作为官办的最高教育机构,是汉武帝“罢黜百家,独尊儒术”以后,为了促进儒学的传播,以及培养统治阶级所需要的人才而创建的。为了确保太学能够满足统治阶级的需要,两汉国家不仅确立管理机构进行管理,更制定具体的管理措施对其加以规制。汉代太学管理体制的确立,不仅使太学直接控制在中央政府手中,同时也促进了太学自身的发展与完善。
As the tiptop educational organization, Tai Xue was founded by Emperor Han Wu after the policy of ＂rejecting all kind of theory and only carrying up Confucianism＂ for not only spreading Confucianism, but also bringing up person with ability. How to insure the duty of Tai Xue, Han dynasty did not only establish management organization, but also constitute management measure. The establishing of management system make Tai Xue controlled by government as well as itself obtained development and perfection at the same time.
