摘要
本文系统地分析了添加剂的作用效果,并通过实验获得了一种料浆流动性好、颗粒分布窄且均匀的复合型添加剂。结果表明,复合添加剂与传统单一添加剂相比,降低了含水率,因此,有希望在生产中提高料浆的喷雾干燥效率,降低能耗,节约成本。
Additive's mechanism was analyzed in this paper, and composite additive with good flowability, narrow distribution and nice disperse was obtained. Results show that composite additive can improve efficiency of spray dring, reduce consumed energy and cut down cost.
