摘要
通过对专用球面外径标准件的不确定度以及用D724仪比较测量球面外径尺寸的不确定度和测量能力的计算分析,得知对测量精度影响最大的是球面外径标准件的球形偏差,其次是温度;校准测量专用外球面外径标准件的最佳测量能力为0.5μm,D724仪的最佳测量能力为1.4μm,均能满足外球面外径测量精度要求。
The uncertainty of sphere major diameter of standard piece and measurement abiity of D724 meter is analyzed.The spherical deviation of major diameter is the most responsible for the measurement precision of sphere major diameter, and the other is the temperature. The optimum measurement ability for standard piece used to take measurement of external sphere major diameter is 0.5 μm corresponding to 1.4μm for D724 meter, both of which are sufficient for the precision prescribed.
