摘要
采用无侧基的脂肪族混合二元胺(二元酸)、对苯二甲酸、间苯二甲酸等为单体,通过多元无规共缩聚方法制备了半芳香(SA)透明尼龙,研究了SA型透明尼龙的静态热机械性能和动态力学性能。实验结果表明,玻璃化转变温度随着升温速度的增大而提高,而随压力的提高而降低;在玻璃化转变温度以下有β、γ和δ等三个次级转变。
The new type semi-aromatic transparent nylon has been successfully developed tor the first time using cheaper monomers, including linear chain aliphatic diamines, terephthalic acid, isophthalic acid and so on, by means of polybasic copolyeondensation. The thermal mechanical properties and dynamic mechanical properties of semi-aromatic transparent nylon were studied by TMA and DMA . The results show that the glass transition temperature of SATPA is 102 ℃, indicating its good resistance to effect of heat. The glass transition temperature of SATPA raises with increase of heating rate and decrease of pressure. There are three secondary transitions below the glass transition temperature. There is no report about it.
