摘要
采用DSC差示扫描量热分析仪研究了玻璃纤维/乙烯基酯树脂复合材料等温固化过程及升温后固化过程,建立了新的自催化模型来模拟其等温固化过程。结果表明,新建的模型很好地模拟了玻璃纤维/乙烯基酯树脂复合材料等温固化过程,尤其适合于复合材料的高温固化过程模拟。
The isothermal cure and postcure of glass fiber/vinyl-ester resins(GF/VE) composites was scanned by differential scanning calorimeter(DSC). A new autocatalytic model for simulating the isothermal cured DSC data of GB/VE was brought forward. The results show that: the new autocatalytic model is competent for simulating isothermal curing of GF/VE. When isothermal curing temperature is high, the simulated result of new autocatalytic model is better then the old one.
