摘要 从制备、应用、一氧化氮的释放机制及影响一氧化氮释放的因素几个方面,综述了释放一氧化氮聚合物研究进展;分析了部分释放一氧化氮聚合物的优缺点。 Nitric oxide (NO) is a well-known inhibitor of platelet adhesion and aggregation. Polymers that can release or generate NO in vivo through endogenous or exogenous path have been prepared by doping within or covalently bonding NO-donors to polymeric matrixes. So, such polymers demonstrate greatly enhanced biocompatibility and have potential applications as thromboresistant coatings for biomedical devices. In this paper, the latest developments with respect to the preparation, application and NO-release mechanisms of NO-releasing polymers, as well as the factors that influence NO-release were reviewed.
