摘要
采用闭式侧切横缝松解术治疗陈旧性肛裂500例，并与后位内括约肌切断术210例进行对照，治疗组在疗程、并发症等方面均优于对照组。结果表明，该术式操作简便，并发症少，疗程短，效果确切。
Five hundred patients with chronic anal fissure were treated by closed lateral incision,cross-sectional suture and lysis,compared with 210 patients subjected to posterior internal sphincterotomy. In treatment course, complication,etc,former therapy was superior to latter one. In a word, this procedure has the advantages such as easy to perform,less complication,shorter treatment course, reliable effects.
