摘要
目的:探讨医学类毕业生,如何做到人尽其才、物尽其用,从而实现充分就业。方法:我国《执业医师法》颁布后,对医学教育及医学类毕业生就业产生了很大的影响,通过对中国和美国执业医师资格考试异同点的分析,提出建议,供大家讨论。
Objective： to explore the medical graduate, How to accomplish to bring full play into each one＇s ability, make the best use of everything, thus to realize full employment. Methods ＂Law on Licensed Doctors of the People＇s Republic of China＂ have a very great impact on medical education and medical graduate＇s employment after its issuing in our country, It proposed suggestions for everybody to discuss by lighting analysis to similarities and differences of Physician Qualification examination of China and American.
