摘要
采用生长速率法测定不同浓度的百菌清和其含氟衍生物三氟百菌清对梨轮纹病菌(Physalosporapiricola)的室内杀菌毒力。试验结果表明,百菌清接种96h后的EC50和EC95值分别为6.90μg/mL和361.40μg/mL,三氟百菌清接种96h后的EC50和EC95值分别为1.92μg/mL和14.45μg/mL,说明氟原子取代氯原子后对梨轮纹病菌的毒力明显增强。
The toxicity of chlorothalonil and its derivative 5-chloro-2,4,6-trifluoro- isophthalonitrile against Physalospora piricola in lab were determined by means of growth rate, respectively. After inoculation 96 hours the EC50 of chlorothaionil and its derivative were 6.90 μg/mL and 1.92 μg/mL respectively and the EC90 of chlorothalonil and its derivative were 361.40 μg/mL and 14.45 μg/mL respectively. The results showed that the toxicity of derivative of chlorothalonil was more effective than chlorothaionil itself.
