摘要
宽带薪酬在20世纪90年代开始实施以来,以其明显的优势对传统的薪酬体系造成了冲击。宽带薪酬支持扁平型结构,鼓励员工努力学习,但是如果不注意其存在的问题,将会影响组织的长远发展。通过对宽带薪酬利与弊两方面的分析,使企业能够根据自身的情况更好地实施宽带薪酬。
Broad-Band Salary has been in practice since the 90's in last century, it gives an impact to traditional salary system with obvious advantage, but we also notice some problems. Broad-Band Salary supports a flat structure, and encourages employee to study hard, but if we don't pay attention to its problems, it will influence long-range development of organization. This article analyses advantages and disadvantages of Broad-Band Salary, so as to the enterprise will carry out Broad-Band Salary better according to its own instance.
