摘要
东亚地区作为21世纪区域发展战略的制高点和经济最具活力的地区,越来越得到世界各国或地区的关注。以中韩两国之间的经济贸易合作推动未来建立一个东亚自由贸易区,是东亚地区各国或地区的一种应对未来挑战的积极探索。新的区域战略支点与运作需要建立和完善有利于区域经济贸易合作的集散功能、配置功能、服务功能和创新功能。有效运用中韩两国政府和市场的双重力量,以“互利双赢”的利益关系为导向,多渠道、多层次、多方式地协调、推进区域内经济合作。
As the dominating terrain and the most active area of the regional development strategy in the 21st centuries, the East Asian area obtains more and more attention of the various countries and regions. With the economics and trade cooperation between China and Korea to set up the East Asian Free Trade Area is a positive exploration of the East Asian countries and regions to cope with the future to challenge. By the explanation of the development of the economics and trade cooperation between China and Korea, the thesis explores the vital significance of the economics and trade cooperation to the establishment of the East Asian Free Trade Area. Then it proposes the collection and distribution function, disposition function, service function, management function, innovation function and the strategic mentality, which are benefited to the construction of the East Asian Free Trade Area.
