摘要
在分析房地产业特点的基础上,结合顾客满意度理论,构建了房地产的顾客满意度模型,并针对模型分析了影响房地产顾客满意度的诸多因素,提出了提升房地产企业顾客满意度的经营策略。
With the increasingly intensified competition, improving customer satisfaction has become the focus for many housing firms. This thesis introduces the characters of the real estate and the theory of customer Satisfaction. Then the customer satisfaction model of the real estate is designed and the strategy of improving the real estate customer satisfaction is discussed in detail.
