摘要
Σ-ΔADC近年来得到了广泛的应用。文中分析了Σ-ΔADC的结构组成,从过采样、噪声整型、数字滤波和抽取等方面,阐述其工作原理,并简要介绍了Σ-ΔADC在实际工程中的应用。
Σ-ΔADC is widely used in recent years. Structure composition of Σ-ΔADC is analyzed, and operation principle of it is elaborated in several aspects such as over-sampling, noise shaping, digital filter and decimation. Application of Σ-ΔADC in practical engineering is briefly introduced.
