摘要
实验测试了多级雾化旋转填料床在不同的气、液流量和转速下对功耗的影响,对实验结果进行了分析,结果表明,多级雾化旋转床的功耗随气体流量增大的趋势很缓慢;随液流量的增大而成直线增大;随转速的增大成二次曲线增加.
In this article, the influence of gas and liquid' s flow rate and rotating velocity on the consumed power is tested and the result of experiment is analyzed. The results indicate that the consumed power increases slowly as gas flow rate was enhanced; however it increases as straight line under liquid flow rate condition; it is approximately conic with the rotate speed.
