摘要
中国石化胜利油田有限公司胜利石化总厂逆流两段再生FCC装置,由于生产条件的变化,出现了催化剂外循环管循环量不足、反应温度波动较大、再生催化剂碳含量偏高以及易发生床层崩塌等问题,为解决这些问题,对第一再生器(一再)烟气分布板进行了改造,将分布板开孔直径由100 mm缩小到80 mm,取得了较好的效果,催化剂碳质量分数下降0.05百分点,催化剂单耗下降0.1 kg/t。
Due to the changes of operating conditions, the FCC unit with countereurrent two-stage regenerator in Petrochemical Plant of Shengli Oilfield Co. , Ltd. , experienced lower catalyst circulation rate in external catalyst circulation pipe, greater fluctuation of reaction temperature, higher coke deposit on regenerated catalyst and easy bed collapse. To solve these problems, the flue gas distributor of 1^st-stage regenerator was revamped by application of smaller nozzles (The diameter was reduced to 80 mm from 100 mm). Good results have been achieved by 0. 05% reduction in coke on the regenerated catalyst and 0. 1 kg decrease in catalyst consumption for processing per ton of feedstock.
