直接氧化脱硫催化剂CN3-4的制备及性能评价 被引量:2

摘要 在沉淀温度为30℃,焙烧温度为550℃,焙烧时间为8h,沉淀时间为60min的条件下,采用共沉淀法制备出适用于催化氧化法脱除气体中H2S的催化剂CN3-4,其活性组分Fe2O3,Al2O3,TiO2的质量分数均为30%,助剂X1(IB族元素)和X2(Ⅷ族元素)的质量分数均为5%。采用连续流动式固定床等温反应器对制备出的CN3-4催化剂进行了性能评价,结果表明:H2S转化率大于99.2%,生成元素硫的选择性大于99.6%,元素硫的收率大于98.9%。该催化剂适用于含高浓度H2S气体的处理,且能够满足工业长周期运行的需要。 Catalyst CN 3-4 for removing H2S from gas by oxidating H2S to sulfur was prepared by co - precipitation method under the condition of precipitation temperature 30 FFC , roasting temperature 550 FFC , roasting time 8 h, and precipitation time 60 min. The mass fraction of active constituent such as Fe2O3, Al2O3 and TiO2 in catalyst CN 3 - 4 were 30% respectively. The properties of the catalyst were e-valuated by adopting continuous flow fixed bed isotherms reactor. The results showed that the conversion of H2S was a bove 99. 2% ,the selectivity to sulfur was above 99. 6% ,and the yield of sulfur was above 98. 9%. The catalyst could be used in processing gas with high concentration of H2S,and it could also met the demand of long period running in industry.
