摘要
淮北市煤炭开采为我国经济和社会发展做出了巨大贡献,也造成大面积的土地塌陷。传统的土地复垦模式不能有效解决采煤塌陷地可持续发展面临的问题。因此,本文在循环经济理论指导下,构建了淮北市采煤塌陷地循环经济型产业链。为采煤塌陷地实现可持续发展提供了有益的参考方案。
Coal mining in Huaibei City contributes greatly to economic and social development in China and also causes large-area land depressions. Traditional land re-cultivation mode is unable to solve the issue for sustainable development in the regions. So, under the guidance of circulative economic theory, this paper designed relevant industrial chain in the affected areas of Huaibei City, which can be used for reference for achieving sustainable development in coalmine cave-in lands.
