摘要
研究了思茅松高得率KP浆的制浆工艺参数;重点对思茅松高得率KP浆,采用DP、D1PD2、P1DP2无氯漂白程序漂白进行了研究,结果表明,思茅松高得率KP浆可漂到80%SBD以上的白度,漂后浆的得率大于42%;并对漂后浆的物理性能与原浆进行了比较。
The -parameters for Sirnao pine high yield kraft pulping are researched. The bleaching of Simao pine high yield kraft pulp is studied emphasizedly with the elemental chlorine free bleaching sequences of DP, DIPD2,PIDP2. The results show that Simao pine high yield kraft pulp can be bleached to over the brightness of 80%SBD, and the yield of the bleached pulp is over 42%. The strength of the bleached pulp is also compared with unbleached pulp.
