摘要 目的比较准分子激光上皮瓣下角膜磨镶术(LASEK)与行多区切削的准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASI Kofmultizoneablation)的临床治疗效果。方法把进行近视激光治疗的患者分为LASEK组和LASIK组,术后随访半年,对二组的术后裸眼视力、验光、角膜地形图进行观察比较。结果LASEK组术后裸眼视力(UCVA)要明显优于行多区切削的LASIK组,将二组进行χ2检验,P<0.05,二者有差异;术后角膜地形图SAI:LASEK组为0.4±0.2,LASIK组为0.6±0.3,经t检验,P<0.01,二者有显著差异。结论临床上可用LASEK取代行多区切削的LASIK手术。 Objective To compare laser epithelial keratomileusis (LASEK) and laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) of muhizone ablation on clinical. Methods The patients were divided into the group of LASEK and the group of LASIK, operation were run on the eyes of them. All were followed for a half year, compared uncorrected visual acuity (UC- VA) , refractive check, and corneal topegraph of two group after operation. Results After operation, UCVA of the group of LASEK was significantly better than that of the group of LASIK of mu]tizone ablation, Chi-square test, P 〈 0.05, the two is different ; the surface asymmetry index of cornea (SAI) of corneal topograph : at the group of LASEK it is 0.4 ± 0.2, at the group of LASIK of muhizone ablation it is 0.6 ± 0.3, t-test, P 〈 0.01, the. different is evident. Condusion LASEK can instead of LASIK of muhizone ablation on clinical.
