摘要
用聚乙二醇(PEO400)和甲基丙烯酸酯为原料,制备了反应性乳化剂(PEO400-MMA),并利用PEO400-MMA为反应性单体,用于甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)与甲基丙烯酸正丁酯的无皂乳液共聚合,制备了无皂乳胶粒。本文通过大量的实验对无皂乳液聚合反应的条件进行了研究。
A new reactive surfactant （PEO400-MMA） was synthesized with PEO400 and MMA, and soap-free emulsion copolymerization of MMA and BMA was conducted under the effect of the reactive surfactant. Soap-free latexes were prepared, and the reaction conditions were also investigated.
