络合Ca^(2+)的Au/巯基环肽自组装单层膜的交流阻抗研究

摘要 Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy of self-assembling cyclic peptide membrane bonded Ca2+in the solution of [Fe(CN)6]3-/4-at different times were determined.The results indicated that the relation of resistance of membrane and the time of immersing in CaCl2 solution manifested deferent rule with the content of CaCl2 solution.According to experimental results,the manner of CPCBC molecule bonded to Ca2+ was supposed.
