摘要
通过研究GIS在洪水预警报系统中的应用,分析了系统的结构和功能,提出系统的工作原理和应用前景,为提高洪水预警报工作效率,为决策者提供更为科学的决策,探索新的思路。
By studying the application of GIS in flood forecasting and warning system, the author makes an analysis on system structure and function, and describes system operation principle and it＇s application in future. This study has explored new thought to improve flood forecasting and warning working efficiency, and to provide more scientific decision for decision-maker.
