摘要
中国经济持续稳定地增长,市场自由化程度的不断提高,已成为跨国公司并购投资的主要目标。本文分析了跨国公司并购中国企业所带来的正面效应和负面影响,并从减少负面影响,尤其是规制行业垄断行为的角度,提出我国政府和企业应采取的积极对策。
China＇s sustained and stable economic growth and the steady improvement of market freedom have made itself the major target of M＆ A for multinational companies, This article analyzes the positive and negative impacts by the multinationals＂ merger and acquisition, In addition it proposed some countermeasures that Chinese government and enterprises shall take to alleviate the negative influences and especially to restrict trade monopolies.
