摘要
当前高职生就业竞争日趋激烈,面对新形势,加强和改进高职院校就业指导工作显得尤为重要和迫切。文章阐明了就业指导工作的重要性,分析了就业指导工作中普遍存在的问题,提出了加强就业指导工作的方法与途径。
This paper indicates that it is especially important and urgent to enforce and improve the employment guidance in higher vocational colleges because of the sharp competition of employment. It also analyzes the common problems in providing employment guidance, and proposes some practical methods to strengthen the offering of guidance.
