摘要
本文报道应用ＢＥＰ方案治疗中晚期鳞癌３０例，其中完全缓解４例，部分缓解１４例，总有效率为６０％。我们认为该方案毒副作用轻微，经解率较高，故可作为中晚期鳞癌化疗的优先方案。
cases of meta-advanced squamous cell carcinoma have been treated with the BEP(PYM,VP 16.DDP)regimen and a good therapeutic effect has been achieved.The overall response rate was 60%(CR4,PR14).It is considered that this regimen has a high response rate with low toxicity,prior to other methods in the treatment of meta-advanced squamous cell carcinoma.
