摘要
师德修养的全面性与师能供给的有限性是教师队伍建设的根本动因。随着时代的发展,社会的进步,这两个方面的内涵也日趋丰富,甚至越加交叉、融和。“师德”与“师能”渗透融合的师德视野、师德修养全面性与师能供给有限性的有机统一,无疑给我们新时期的师德建设提供了新的思维视角。
As a matter of fact, the teacher virtuous accomplishment and limitation and teacher capacity supply are the main causes of teacher troops construction. With the development of the era, the above two contents are also becoming more and more abundant, even crossing and confusing. The confusion and unity of such two aspects indeed supply the completely new angles of view to watch the contemporary teacher virtuous construction.
