摘要
目的观察32P治疗不同关节慢性滑膜炎的疗效、安全性和可行性。方法应用32P-磷酸铬胶体关节腔注射治疗不同关节慢性滑膜炎50例,56个关节。结果经5个月~5年的随访观察,56个关节中,治愈52例,占93%;显效2例,占3.5%;有效2例,占3.5%。总有效率为100%。所有患者皆无并发症发生。结论应用32P-磷酸铬胶体治疗不同关节慢性滑膜炎是一种安全、有效、经济,值得推广的方法。
Objective To obseve the effect, safety and practicability of ^32P in treating synovitis. Methods From April 1998 to June 2004,50 cases（56 joints） of synovitis were treated with ^32P. Results According to 5 months to 5 years＇ follow-up surveys,the effective rate was 96.4% ,and the curative effecte was 93%. No obvious complication occurred. Conclusion ^32P-phosphonic chrome colloid injection into joint cavity in treating synovitis is a safe, effective and practical method.
