摘要
TRIPS协议的制定和实施强化了国际知识产权的保护,既充分保障了发达国家的利益,也给发展中国家的技术经济和社会发展带来诸多不利的影响。在知识经济全球化的背景下,就我国如何趋利避害,应对TRIPS协议提出了几点措施。
The devision and implementation of TRIPS Agreements consolidates the protection of international intellectual rights. It guarantees fully the benefits of the developed countries while producing some negative influences in technical and economic development of the developing countries. This paper puts forward some countermeasures in view of TRIPS Agreements in order to avoid its disadvantages and make full use of its terms concerned under the circumstance of globalization of knowledge and economy.
