摘要
目的：总结原发性肝癌外科治疗的经验。方法：回顾性分析本院2000年6月~2004年8月期间施行手术切除的65例原发性肝癌的病历资料。结果：肝部分切除62例，原位肝移植3例，住院期间手术死亡4例，手术死亡率6．1％（4／65），术后并发症率41．5％。结论：原发性肝癌应积极地进行手术切除，肝移植在原发性肝癌的外科治疗中疗效确切。
Objective：To sum up the experience in treatment of primary liver cancer. Methods： Between Jun 2000 and August 2004, 65 patients underwent surgical treatment in our hospital. The clinical data were reviewed. Results：Sixty-two patients received liver resection,3 were underwent liver transplantation;4 were dead in hospital. Operation death rate was 3% （2/65 cases）. Postoperative complication rate was 41.5%. Conclusion：Primary liver cancer can be effectively treated by surgical treatment and liver transplantion plays an important role in the treatment of it.
