摘要
大力发展循环经济既是我国工业持续发展的必然选择,也是我国走新型工业化道路的具体体现。目前我国发展循环经济取得了一定的成效,但仍存在一些突出问题,需要政府、企业、公众共同努力,通过在理论思维、实现途径、操作方式等问题上的借鉴与创新,促进循环经济的发展。
Developing the circulation economy not is only the inevitably choice vigorously which our country industry continues to develop, also the embodiment of our country walking on the new industrialization path. At present our country has obtained a certain result on developing the circulation economy, but it still has some prominent problems, and innovation which need the joint effort of the government, the enterprise and the public through references in theory ought, realization way and operating mode to promote the development of circulaton economy.
