摘要
目的:检测荷瘤鼠体内nm23(肿瘤转移抑制因子)与S-100蛋白的表达,探讨其表达与肿瘤发生、转移的关系。方法:将B16恶性黑色素瘤细胞人工植入C57小鼠背部皮下,制荷瘤鼠模型,取对照组和病变皮肤作免疫组化染色。结果:早期肿瘤nm23和S-100蛋白阳性表达的数密度和面密度明显增高,与对照组、晚期组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在B16黑色素瘤荷瘤鼠nm23和S-100蛋白的表达与肿瘤的发生、转移呈负相关。
Objective: To determine the expression and significance of Nm23 and S- 100 Proteins and explore the relationship between them and tumor's forming and metastases. Methods: The cultured melanoma cells were transplanted into the hypoderm of the back of Rats C57 to make rat models, The pathological skins were taken out and were dyed by using method- immunity group. Results: The number density and area density of positive expression of Nm23 and S - 100 Proteins increased obviously, Compared to control group and late tumor group, the difference was more significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: The expression of Nm 23 and S- 100 Proteins in Rats B16 has negative relevance to the tumors' forming and metastases.
