摘要
介绍了中石油新疆油田公司采油二厂、石西油田作业区两套深冷处理装置分子筛脱水工艺,并根据北疆气候条件,在石西油田作业区三塔脱水工艺基础上,设计了新型分子筛循环换热节能脱水工艺。根据生产实际,通过焓值计算证明,该工艺应用换热器,充分利用冷吹出口气体和再生出口气体的热量,达到了高效节能的目的。
This article introduces two molecular sieve dehydration units for cryogenic separation of natural gas in No.2 Production Plant and Shixi Oil Field Operation District in PetroChina Xinjiang Oil Field Company. According to the climate and based on the dehydration process with three towers, the new dehydration process of molecular sieve with circulating heat exchange technology for energy conservation is designed. Through the computation of enthalpy value, it proves that this new process can save a lot of energy because the heat exchanger makes full use of gas heat from the cold blowing export and the regeneration export.
