摘要
文章分析总结了PROFIBUS-DP总线从站设计中通信接口的设计方法,介绍了一种带PROFIBUS-DP总线接口的TLC532交流同步伺服电机单轴位置控制器的结构原理,设计了一种基于PROFIBUS-DP总线的交流伺服控制系统,并对控制器与PROFIBUS-DP总线进行通信的接口硬件电路和软件流程部分进行了设计,将PROFIBUS-DP总线应用在伺服电机的速度和位置控制系统中,改变了传统的控制方法,对柔性制造系统和工控自动化的发展有重要意义。
The paper analyzes and summarizes the design ways of communication interface in the design of PROFIBUS-DP Bus slave station. The configuration and principle of TLC532 AC synchronous servomotor single-axis position controller with PROFIBUS-DP interface is introduced. Then designs an AC servo control system based on PROFIBUS-DP Bus. And designs the hardware circuit and software flow of the communication interface between position controller and PROFIBUS-DP. The application of PROFIBUS-DP Bus in the speed and position control system of servomotor changes the former control ways and has important meanings in the development of FMS and industrial control automatization.
