摘要
目的：为进一步探讨神经移植修复周围神经缺损的效果。方法：从１９８５年１１月至１９９５年６月，用腓肠神经移植治疗周围神经缺损１１６例。结果：经８个月至１０年的随访，结果优良率达７７．８％。结论：施以熟练的显微外科技术，增加长段移植神经的血运和术后辅助高压氧治疗，能有效地促进神经功能的恢复。
Objective:To further discussion the results of the nerve transplantation as the repair for the defect of peripheral nerve,Methods:From 1985 to 1995,116 patients were the free transplantation of calf nerve treated.Results:The follow-up was 8 months to 10 years,the rate excellent and good results was 77.8%,Conclusions:The authors concluded that the proficient techniqtie of microsurgery, increasing blood of the length nerve of transplantation and the treatment of the high pressure of noxygen could promote the recovery of the nerve function.
