摘要
目的对异位子宫内膜细胞进行培养检测环氧化酶-2（COX-2）的表达，探讨其在子宫内膜异位症（EM）发病机制中的作用。方法培养12例异位子宫内膜细胞和15例正常子宫内膜细胞并通过鉴定，用免疫荧光检测COX-2在异位子宫内膜细胞和正常子宫内膜细胞的表达。结果体外培养的异位子宫内膜细胞和正常子宫内膜细胞在形态上无明显的区别，相比正常子宫内膜细胞，COX-2在异位子宫内膜细胞中的表达是明显增高的。结论对COX-2的深入研究以期为EM的诊治提供实验基础和新的方法。
Objective To investigate the expressions of eyelooxygenase-2（COX-2） in endometriosis COX-2 in the pathogenesis of endometriosis, Methods Endometrium specimens were obtained from 12 in normal uterus for control. The endometrium cells culture in vitro and the expression of COX-2 in ectopic immunofluoreseenee technology by confocal laser microscope, Results Cultured normal and ectoplc endom There was no difference in morphology by optical microscope and electron microscope;（2） The expression of and study the role of endometriosis and 15 endometrium cell by etrial cells in vitro：（1） COX-2 was higher in eetopie than in normal endometrial cells by eonfoeal laser microscope,Conclusion The increase expressions of COX-2 in endometriosis may be one of pathogenesis of endometiosis,and advanced research to COX-2 will provide the new target for therapy of endometriosis.
