摘要
应用中心产区曲型群简单随机抽样法,采用Media-Na-K分析仪检测,直接检测出钾型的高低。结果发现：(1)绵羊血钾有高血钾和低血钾两种表型；(2)血钾基因频率在地理分布上存在一定规律,基本符合中亚以东南绵羊系统划分。
Applying ＂Random sampling in typical colonies of central area＂ ,and the blood potassium phenotype were examined by Na-K-CI analyzed directly. The results were follows（1） There were both high and low blood potassium phenotypes in sheep. （2）There was some disciplinarians about blood potassium gene frequencies in geography distribution and if was accorded with east and south of Central Asian sheep system distribution.
