摘要
根据经理的能力状态和努力状态特征,创建了一个经理职业生涯三阶段模型,此模型概括了经理在职业生涯不同阶段的能力状态和激励状态。根据这个模型提出了两个假设,并利用上市公司披露的信息对假设分别进行了实证检验。结果表明企业规模与经理的年龄正相关;当经理年龄t≤56时,绩效与年龄正相关,t>56时,绩效与年龄没有显著的相关性。
This paper develops three stages model of executive' s career in terms of executive' s competence and performance. The model includes the competence and incentive state of executive. Based on the model, we put forward two hypotheses and test them with information released by listed companies. This study shows that there is a positive correlation between firm' s size and executive' s age, and a positive correlation between performance and age when the executive is below 56 years old. This study also shows that when executive is over 56 years old, there is no relation between performance and executive' age.
