摘要 目的建立用乙醇作为流动相溶剂分析黄芩中有效成分的反相高效液相色谱法。方法用乙醇作为流动相溶剂分析黄芩中有效成分,并与甲醇作为流动相测定的结果进行比较。结果两种色谱系统均达到基线分离,测得含量基本一致,乙醇系统与甲醇系统相比,测定相对偏差<±1%(n=4)。结论选择合适的柱温等色谱条件,乙醇可代替甲醇作为液相色谱流动相分析黄芩中有效成分,安全、准确。 OBJECTIVE To establish a RP-HPLC method to determine baicalin in scutellaria using ethanol as mobile phase solvent. METHODS The main components of scutellaria baicalensis were separated and measured by RP-HPLC using ethanol as mobile phase,and the results were compared with those obtained with methanol. RESULTS Two results were identical in the main. The relative standard deviations were small than 1% ( n = 4). CONCLUSION Ethanol can be used as RP-HPLC mobile phase solvent instead of methanol by adjusting the column temperature moderately. The method was safe and accurate.
