摘要
密封绝缘接线柱是测井仪器重要的配件之一,由于设计参数、材料选择及加工工艺的不同,不同产品的性能差别很大,密封绝缘接线柱中起密封作用的主要是密封塞,而密封塞的优劣是由电绝缘性和耐压性两项关键指标控制,本文根据实际应用效果对密封绝缘接线柱的选择、设计的技术要点作一简要介绍。
Feed-thru connector is one of impotant accessories of logging tool. The performance of various products is quite different due to different design patameters, materials and manufacturing technology. The wrong choice will influence the quality of logs and cause great loss. Electrical insulation and pressure are two key prameters for the quality of feed-thru connectors. Key points of the design and selection of feed-thru connectors are presented in this paper.
