摘要
黑社会性质组织犯罪在我国的出现和发展引起了整个社会的关注,成为重要的社会热点问题之一。究其原因,可从社会学和心理学两方面来分析。社会方面:一是社会转型与经济转轨为其产生提供了相应的社会基础;二是有组织犯罪亚文化为其提供了学习条件;三是腐败为其提供了土壤;四是社会控制力弱化为其提供了环境条件;五是境外黑社会势力渗透是其形成和发展的重要因素。心理方面:一是黑社会性质组织犯罪的个体心理特征偏激;二是黑社会性质组织犯罪的群体心理特征认同。
Occurrence and development of the organized crimes with gangster activities in China have caused a great concern of the whole society and then become one of the important social hotspot issues. The problem can be analyzed and viewed beth sociologically and psychologically. Sociological - speaking, 1 ） Social transformation and economic development provide the crimes with frosting social environment; 2） Subculture of the organized crimes available provides learning samples; 3 ） Corruption fosters the crimes; 4） Weakened social control forces provide conditions; 5 ） Infiltration and influence of the Mafia groups in foreigner countries are main factors to promote formation and development of the organized crimes with gangster activities. Psychological - speaking, 1 ） The individual paychological feature of the gang members aooear extreme： 2 ） The group psychological feature in a gang identifies itself with each other.
