摘要
为了对远程目标进行高速、高分辨成像,发展了阵列激光外差探测,给出了激光外差阵列探测系统中全息光束整形的概念,提出了对发射激光光束整形的新设想。用二维面阵全息光栅对发射激光束进行整形形成多路光束,考虑到大气传输的影响,多路信号光束仍具有高斯光束的特点,与本振光束在阵列探测器上匹配,可以获得高的量子效率。
Laser heterodyne detection is for far target detection with high speed and high resolution. Holographic beam shaping in laser array heterodyne detection system is disscussed in this paper, in which a new idea of transmited beam shaping have been presented. That is, shaping the transmited beam by plane array holographic grating, multiple Gaussian beams are generated even though the atmospheric transmission effect is considered. High quantum efficiency can be obtained when the beams are matched with the shaped local oscillating beams on the array sensors.
